Our ring sizes follow the standard US size. Follow these steps if you don't know your ring size.
Step 1: Order Your Ring
Select the "I don't know my ring size" option when you order your ring. Before we ship the ring, we’ll send you the ring sizer first.
Step 2:Receiving The Ring Sizer
Expect to receive your ring sizer within 3 business days if you are in US, or 5-8 business days if you are outside US.
Step 3: Find Your Ring Size
Measure your finger with the ring sizer. We recommend the index finger of your NON-dominant hand for optimal performance and accuracy.
If your ring size is out of the range of our available sizes, please email us for full refund.
Step 4: Submit Your Ring Size
To submit your size : Log into your account, find your order and click on "Contact Us" to tell us your ring size, and we will ship your ring to you. If you don't have an account with us, please create one with the same email you used for purchase.
