    Your finger provides the most accurate reading of biometrics such as heart rate and blood oxygen level. It measures from the palm side of your finger, where the pulse signal is strong to read from, much stronger than the wrist. Our ring provides 99% heart rate & blood oxygen accuracy and 85-90% sleep tracking accuracy.

    For optimal performance and accuracy, We recommend that you wear the ring on the index finger of your NON-dominant hand.  The sensor should be positioned on the palm side. The ring should fit snugly against the skin and fit comfortably.

    This smart ring is like a ring watch since you can check time, as well as battery level on the ring. It tracks some basic stuff like heart rate, blood oxygen and sleep. The step count is not accurate which is expected. None of the smart ring is accurate on that. They also offer a pro version of smart rings if you need more advanced data tracking. But this one is good enough for me. The air gesture feature is fun, I’ve never seen anything like it.

    Cool gadget

    This is hands down the best smart ring I’ve tried under $150. The screen is a huge plus, and the gesture controls are incredibly cool. Battery life is excellent at about 5 days and it’s comfortable enough to wear 24/7. Perfect for everyday use. I just wish they could offer a higher end ring with the screen so that i track more health data like HRV, body temperature. And I wish the heart rate and SP02 measurement were every 5 minutes instead of 15 minutes.

    I ordered the wrong size and the customer service responded quickly and exchanged for me with no issues. The ring is a great product with innovative features. The screen is useful for checking stats, and I appreciate the long battery life. The health and fitness tracking is very basic compared to $300-$400 rings. But it's cheaper with no subscription needed so I'm still happy.
